Homecoming king and queen were crowned on Thursday evening, September 28, 2017, in Lysaker Gymnasium during this year's Spirit Rally. The homecoming king and queen are chosen by a vote of the student body.

Maggie Gibbons, a senior double majoring in wildlife management and biology from Cohasset, Minn., was crowned homecoming queen and Kamron Matejcek, a senior majoring in agricultural systems management from Brocket, N.D., was crowned king.

Members of the homecoming court included Megan Schultz, a senior majoring in animal science from Stillwater, Minn.; Adam Connette, a senior majoring in communication from Corona, Calif.; Lexie Ogdahl, a junior majoring in animal science from Hanover, Minn.; Jenna Boardman, a senior majoring in natural resources from Genoa, Wis.; Chris Huffman, a senior double majoring in agricultural business and agronomy from Crookston, Minn.; Khailyn Neumayer, a junior majoring in exercise science and wellness from Morgan Hill, Calif.; Dalton Javner, a senior majoring in health sciences from Hardwick, Minn.; and Matt Nelson, a senior majoring in sport and recreation management from Lakeville, Minn.
