Baillee Hauser, Raymond, MN, Recognized for Achievement at the U of M Crookston

Students were presented awards during the Student Awards Celebration in late April and several students were recognized for excellence within their programs.

Named Outstanding First-Year Biology Student was Nicole Mazour, a freshman from Moorhead, Minn., who is majoring in health sciences. her award was presented by John Loegering, interim head of the Math Science and Technology Department.

Four graduating seniors participated in the U of M Crookston Honors Program. As part of their program requirements, they enrolled in an honors proposal course that culminates in an honors essay, research, or creative project. Following are the four students, their respective projects, and their mentors:
